Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
There. I've said it. And yes, I have it.
But I am not discouraged...for greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. At every step in this 2 week journey of diagnosis, God is in control...even though my blood sugar is not! He has orchestrated an intricate cast of characters - and placed His hands, heart, and words of encouragement on me - through a series of doctors, friends, family, and co-workers.
Overwhelming. Yes. Even for an RN. But certainly not earth- or faith-shattering! I am blessed.
