Day 22:
Really IKEA? If you already know that your instructions are not decipherable because there are no words accompanying the illustrations, just go ahead and include actual words. Acknowledging that your instructions are confusing does not help at all. The next cartoon suggests that I call someone...also not helpful if that person does not speak either of the two that I am capable of using. I figured it all out by process of elimination and you are still my favorite store, but good grief!
