Day 43:
Something soothing about walking around in Whole Foods. Here are two of my treasures. Swerve is a brand of erythritol that I have not been able to locate anywhere else. And the potatoes? Super cute, huh? It is hard to appreciate scale in this pic, but these all range from 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Cooked 5 tonight with some roasted garlic - yum! The serotonin has kicked in...headed to bed now.
