Day 5:
My boss is a strong advocate for annual wellness exams, mammograms, & other cancer screens. Every October, she reminds us of the importance of early detection and prevention. Today we were all challenged to send in proof of our annual exam...names all going into a hat with 5 selected to receive a Fitbit. (Did someone say contest? I am all in!) Friends, as you can see, my recent mammogram was negative. My colonoscopy was also clear, but I spared you those images!! National Mammography Day is the third Friday in October (the16th this year). Take care of yourselves out there.
