Recently took this cake to a couple of events. Several friends have called, emailed or texted for the recipe..I decided to share it here. It really is a very yummy cake...not super-dense like some pound cakes. Undoubtedly, all the beating after each addition. I served it with unsweetened mixed berries and a key-lime glaze. Give it a try! Today...I worked all day on my clinical record audit, so was not able get out to find something photo-worthy. Good thing my friends ate all the cake, it is days like this I do NOT need cake calling enticingly from the kitchen.
