Day 2:
Today's pic is my nephew Kadison Rogers...#58 Lubbock Christian Eagle football on a Friday night at an "away" game. The game was rough, the crowd small. But Kad's heart and commitment - always large! I watched him play his position all night long with that laser-focused intensity, saw him stand in support on the sideline with an injured team mate, admired the manner in which he accepted the inevitability of the scoreboard, and enjoyed my hug at the end of the game. I think he knows just how proud we are of him. Always.
